Pre-license Course Price
We offer two different course options to help you get your license, the Live Course and the Self-Paced Course.
For the Live Course, you can attend either in-person or via Zoom, and the course fee is $400, which includes a hardcopy of the textbook. (There may be additional charges for any optional exam study materials that we offer.)
If you prefer a self-paced learning experience, our Self-Paced Course is available for the same price of $400, but the textbook is an additional $60 charge. Our course provides study prep material, including videos within the curriculum, and we even offer one-on-one tutoring if needed.

How much does it cost to get a license all together?

What is included in the course?
In addition to the textbook*, we provide study prep material. We have videos within the curriculum, and we even offer some one-on-one tutoring if needed. We are very student-centered, and we do our best to make sure that our students are truly understanding the material.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. we do offer discounts – please reach out to us for details. If returning students would like to audit the class, they may do so free of charge. If you were to fail the class (which is very unlikely, since you have three attempts to pass the course final exam), we offer the repeated course at half price.
We occasionally do special promotions around the holidays as well
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, we do have a flexible payment plan! For our Live Class, we require payment of at least half of the tuition before beginning, and the other half must be paid before the class ends and the certificate is granted. Please contact us for details.
What is your refund policy?
For our pre-licensing course, you may transfer to another course or receive a full refund prior to the start of the course. Once the course has started, you have 7 days from the original course start date to receive a tuition refund less a $100 administrative fee.

What are the costs AFTER I get my license?
We recommend setting aside between $500 and $1,000 to cover Association Fees and other startup costs.
